Operational figures come from ALLCHIP OS. We publish no invented statistics, customer names, uploaded filenames, private notes, files or payment information.

What qualifies?

An administrator must classify an operation as production work. Only active customer accounts, ready operations and work with an engineering result file qualify for completion metrics. Unclassified, test, invalid and cancelled work is excluded. Small customer cohorts are suppressed.

Turnaround

Measured from request creation to the first engineering result file. The last 30 days are based on that first result timestamp. Average, median, p75 and p90 use non-negative durations; public timing is suppressed below five or above 10,000 qualifying samples. Waiting for customer input is included. These are historical measurements, not service guarantees or proof of successful programming.

Reviews and case studies

A verified review is linked to the author’s completed operation and a result file. An administrator controls publication and moderation. Changes reach the public website within two minutes; cached evidence is hidden if refresh stops. Case studies require a separate administrator publication decision and technical and privacy review.

Publication policy

ALLCHIP LIVE automatically lists the latest ready customer operations when enabled by the administrator, or uses individual approvals in manual mode. Waiting, in-progress, cancelled, test, invalid and hidden operations are excluded. Technical fields are checked for private identifiers. Ready times use the more recent of the recorded ready transition and latest result file, including revisions; legacy records without either use the operation update timestamp. The feed is limited to 5 or 10 records. It is not a complete view of the queue. Moderation checks privacy and relevance; a negative rating alone is not a reason to reject a review. No engineer availability or guaranteed delivery claim is inferred from a login or queue count.
