The control module recorded a condition matching SCP (J1850) Invalid or Missing Data for Gateway. This identifies the monitored condition, not a guaranteed failed part. Software version, operating conditions and related codes must be considered together.
Workshop diagnostic sequence

Preserve freeze-frame data, occurrence status and every related code before clearing the fault.

Verify battery voltage, module power supplies, grounds, fuses and communication quality.

Inspect the relevant harness, connector pins and terminals for corrosion, tension, heat or fluid ingress.
